We built the Leaderboard to reflect how real users interact with our platform over weeks and months — not as a sales funnel, but as a recognition structure. Your tier status persists across all markets; points accumulated from a weekend football session count the same as points from a weekday slot round or live-blackjack table. This guide explains how tiers work, how to monitor your progress, and what exclusive offers unlock at each level.

The comototo tier structure

Our Leaderboard features five tier levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. You start at Bronze when you open your account; as you accumulate activity points, the platform automatically promotes you to the next tier. Each tier unlock brings immediate improvements to your account rules — higher weekly withdrawal ceilings, faster payout processing, and exclusive market access on certain promotional events.

The tier system is not reset monthly or seasonally. Your tier status is sticky: once you reach Silver, you remain Silver indefinitely, even if you take a break from the platform. No claim or manual step is required.

Benefits at each tier level

Withdrawal flow and payment methods by tier

All withdrawal requests on comototo undergo compliance review before processing. Tier level does not exempt you from this check — it only affects processing speed once the review clears. If your withdrawal request triggers additional verification (e.g., a recent account detail change or a larger-than-usual amount), your tier status may grant you priority in the verification queue, but the step itself is not waived.

Earning points across game categories

Points accrue uniformly regardless of which market you choose. A Football Multi-Bet on Liga 1, a round of Aviator, a hand of live blackjack, or a Free Fire esports match all contribute equally to your tier progress on a per-stake basis. This design ensures that your preferred game type — whether you favour football, live dealer, slots, or esports — does not disadvantage your tier climbing.

Bonus-point windows (2x or 1.5x multipliers) are announced in your dashboard and on our Promotion Calendar. Refunded or voided wagers do not award points. If a Multi-Bet leg voids and the ticket is recalculated (e.g., three legs instead of four), you earn points based on the final settled stake amount, not the original. This maintains fairness across the Leaderboard and prevents gaming the system through deliberate void claims.

Monitoring your tier progress

Your account dashboard includes a Leaderboard widget displaying: current tier level, points earned this period, points toward next tier, and an estimated timeline to tier-up if your current play pace continues. You can also view a historical breakdown showing which game types contributed most to your recent points (e.g., "non-specific info from football, non-specific info from live dealer, non-specific info from slots"). This granularity helps you understand which activities align best with your tier-climbing goals.

Your tier status is visible only to you and our support team. We do not publish global leaderboards or player rankings that compare your tier to others' — the system is entirely personal progression. However, during seasonal tournaments (Leaderboard competitions in parallel with the tier system), we do run temporary public ranking boards for specific events; these are separate from your tier status and reset after each tournament concludes.
